Appointments
•All services are by appointment only.
• Please arrive 10mins before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
•Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
Deposits
For select services or appointments exceeding a specified duration, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Late Fees
If you arrive more than 15minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full service fee will apply.
Late fees will be applied to appointments running beyond the scheduled time.
