Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us 24 hrs.in advance or there will be a $25 cancellation fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will have 60 days from purchase date to schedule your service. Purchases cannot be exchanged or transferred for another service outside of the service(s) initially booked for. Spa credit that is established and left unused can be used for products sold inside the store for greater or equal value. Lastly, please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 10min grace period after 10mins your appointment will be cancelled.
